I currently work at James Arthur Vineyards where I’ve been for almost 5 years now. Here I mainly work with the vines, help manage harvest, assist in the production and bottling of the wine, and serve guests. I am also a Culinary and Hospitality student with a management focus at the Great Plains Culinary Institute. Long term goals for me would include Managing or owning a restaurant, or to work athletes creating diets that would aid in performance. Types of athletes that I would like to work with would be high school prospects, or college athletes. My passions that fuel these long term goals would be my culinary interest and my background and interest in sports.
