The greatest strength and impact I will bring to any team or company does not come from the typical list of accomplishments, but instead comes from the achievement of the singular goal and achievement that I am most proud of. It’s not the six conference championships I helped lead Indiana State’s track and field team to win. It’s not running the 7th fastest mile/1500 in ISU history. It’s not qualifying for the Drake Relays three times. It’s not even graduating Indiana State with honors. The singular goal that will carry me forward, that will strengthen and lead any team that I am part of, was my transformation from an average high school runner with no scholarships offers to walking onto one of the best running programs in the country, becoming a starter and a team leader. I know what it’s like to conceive an audacious dream, set out a plan to achieve it, and commit myself relentlessly to every step until I achieve it. In the process of achieving this dream, I discovered how to tap into my own greatness, and going forward my mission is to assist others in achieving their maximum potential in business, sports, and life.
