A semester long internship with OhioHealth Hospice in Athens, Ohio. Throughout my semester, I developed promotional materials to assist with volunteer recruitment as well as created a virtual training program to replace the traditional in person instruction due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Other responsibilities included answering phones at the front desk, faxing lab reports, and attending weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.

Throughout the summers of 2017 and 2018, my position was assistant area director. This position found myself collaborating with the area director to hire a program staff and plan out activities for our area. I then assisted in leading the area as our team of 7 staffers worked to deliver summer camp program activities to approximately 500 campers over the course of 6 weeks of programming.

I worked in the photo and electronics department throughout the holiday season. Here, I assisted shoppers with printing photo orders such as Christmas cards using photo development software and hardware. In addition to this, when I was not printing photos, I worked as a general merchandise clerk and assisted customers with purchases and delivered outstanding customer service.

During the summers of 2015 and 2016, my role at Chief Logan Reservation was camp staff. In this role, I worked with my area staff to deliver summer camp program activities to youth as well as adult leaders. Activities included instructing campers in scouting skills such as knot tying, fire building, and outdoor cooking, among others.
