Team 1 Lead Supervisor: Incharge of ensuring that my team is well trained and producing the highest quality material possible through making machine adjustments in order to correct minor imperfections in the material being produced. I also ensure that trucks are being completed "on time" and without mistakes before the product is shipped and loaded while also reporting all of this information to the Head Supervisor. As "Team 1 Lead Supervisor" I am still also responsible for ensuring quality of material visually, and by using specific testing methods to determine the level of quality. I am also responsible for ensuring the correctness of completed production sheets and packing lists before the product is shipped, along with entering roll specifications into the system, adding quality rolls and 2nd quality rolls to orders, operating forklifts, pole trucks, clamp trucks, performing maintenance and operating the main production machinery etc...
