During my time with GameStop, I continued providing exceptional customer service using an extensive knowledge of the product while meeting and exceeding competitive sales quotas- transforming my location from a ‘problem’ store with high shrink to a high volume store whose numbers for the 2012 fiscal year surpassed $2M, and store inventory discrepancies of less than one hundredth of a percent.
