Visited a variety of sites along the east coast, but primarily worked on the Henrico Sports Complex in Henrico, Virginia. The project encompassed 24 volleyball courts and 12 basketball courts, summing up to 115,000 square feet. Was responsible for assisting the superintendents by communicating with subcontractors daily, discovering and resolving on-site problems. I also worked on Procore every day, reading floor plans to ensure finishes were being installed correctly. I managed a crew of laborers to ensure jobsite cleanliness was sufficient and regularly attended subcontractor and OAC meetings.

Worked alongside two Project Managers as well as three Superintendents on a 14 story apartment renovation, gaining tremendous experience with two different sides of construction. Had to walk the entire jobsite daily, monitoring and documenting progress that was made. I worked within Procore and Bluebeam every day submitting RFIs, daily logs, and conducting takeoffs. I was responsible for communicating with subcontractors daily and finding a contractor willing to repair a heavily detailed copper cornice that was damaged during a roof fire.
