- Coached, assesed, and led 8 to 12 person teams conducting crisis and conflict operations in support of global missions- Developed strong international relationships with the Japanese and Australian governments over the course of 6 months through intensive training exercises where I was often called on to lead a mix of U.S. and International teams

- Researched/implemented safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working enviorment- Led briefings before training and explained the rules/regulations and emergency actions- Responsible for the well-being of troops while in live fire training enviorments

- Instructed/assesed 50+ marines on first aid techniques which resulted in all marines being certified in combat lifesaving- Taught junior troops to self-treatment and assisting others in combat/non-combat injuries, how to remain calm, in control and planful during stressful situations/circumstances
