I was a SharePoint and ServiceNow Administrator for over 4,300 individuals at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center. I provided direction to the personnel on knowledge management tools to enhance the Air Force’s unclassified/classified systems. I served as a focal point for knowledge management collaboration technologies, as well as support and training for IT applications to gather and produce intelligence. I managed 3 federal statutory programs, ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act procedures, also safeguarding PII from unauthorized disclosures. I led airmen in projects to better enhance IT applications and create more efficient IT processes.
