I am a Windows Systems Administrator at Odyssey Systems, supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Special Operations Center (SOC). In this role, I collaborate with contractors and military/government clients, shaping IT, networking, communication, and infrastructure. I provide hands-on network engineering support to design, install, and maintain RPA SOC network architectures. My responsibilities include system administration for RPA-SOC databases and software, maintaining computer and network systems, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Linux servers, and LAN networks. While working and serving in the Air National Guard, I am also a part-time student at Sinclair Community College, pursuing an associate's degree in Cyber Investigation Technology, with an expected graduation date of December 2024. My studies have been instrumental in earning certifications such as Security+ and CCNA.I pride myself on being hard-working, candid, and dedicated to collaboration. I believe that fostering open communication and building personal connections with coworkers is key to creating strong, effective teams. Using both my military experience and the knowledge I’ve gained through my education will help me do just that. Because ultimately, I believe it’s the strength of the team, not just the individual, that drives real impact in any work environment.
