I was responsible for finding leads and scheduling estimates for replacing windows, roofing, and siding. I would go door to door to find these leads and was responsible for creating interest and finding a time where they could have our expert come out and give an estimate on their products.

Over the summer I helped to develop the social media and marketing to potential customers. I created an event, expanded and improved their website and online presence, and worked with the gymnasts. One main goal that was achieved was creating a sustainable funding model for gymACT clubs as they continue to grow.

I managed my own exterior painting business over the summer, as well as overlooking 2 other rookie managers. I helped them establish their business, grow their crew, grow their sales, and trained them to be able to perform the job at hand. Combined, I oversaw more than $100,000 in revenue over the summer and was profitable.
