I created and implemented my own lesson plans based off the textbook and other resources along with building my own slide deck with a Canvas page that contained all relevant links and due dates. I taught to both a fully digital and to a hybrid system that utilized google slides, Jamboards, Kahoots, online crossword puzzles, Canvas studio, etc. I used classroom management techniques to allow for a hybrid system to be implemented correctly. I built a relationship with my students through the content and a safe learning environment, and assessed students through presentations, map projects, Flipgrids, and Google Forms

I co-taught and lesson planned with my mentor teacher for both History and Psychology. I created and organized the Google Classroom and the Canvas for the course along with taught formal lessons through a face-to-face Zoom lecture featuring Padlets, Readings, Kahoots, Videos, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and Break-Out Rooms. I creatively used modern day platforms and current trends to establish a relationship with students and bridge the gap between 2020 and the subject matter, and I used problem solving in both the technical aspects and the instruction itself.

I help aid my students (7 and 5 years old) in Zoom classes and teach any information that was missed. I build history and government lesson plans based on the books that they are reading or topics of BrianPops.I help establish discipline strategies and used positive reinforcement to maintain a classroom environment while at home, and use current social distance platforms (Seesaw, Canvas, Kahoot, and Prezi) to help my students with their online class

At Selman Law, I opened, acknowledged, and closed cases for attorneys in effort to maximize efficiency of their workflows. I helped organize case documentation through the new online portal and maintained a working case list. I worked in collaborative, fast-paced environment solving client challenges across various different offices, and taught new hires on how to use the various processes that were setup during my time there.

As Campaign Manager, I created the political strategy and implemented the framework for the campaign. Made the mockups and some of the graphics for the campaign. I worked directly with Tom Kellinoi and managed three interns. I provided leadership throughout the office and kept everything running smoothly. I helped redesign the campaign website and improve the social media presence. I also met with RNC and used GOP Datacenter.

At Voterfied, I worked directly with any new candidate who joined Voterfied and created a profile for how Voterfied would help them during their election. I engaged in creating mock ups to send to professional graphic designers. I helped lay out the foundations for the marketing and the early roll out of Voterfied and how its image would be shaped with the early clients.

As a Recreation Assistant at Camp Coronado, I was responsible to protect children from the ages five to twelve. I also prepared ideas for themes and events that would be fun for the kids. I gained experience with working with upper management and other coworkers by working closely with them and being able to engage with their perspectives.

At Balfour Law Group, I was in charge of rearranging different client files and updating any new documents. I also built cases for small claims courts and consultant with clients to get them ready for their appearance in court. This internship allowed for me to develop the skill necessary to work in a standard law office.
