- Motivate and encourage the members to meet their fitness goals- Greet and welcome members in a warm and friendly manner. Member needs met courteously and promptly.- Handle member questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.- Book appointments to accommodate the needs of the members.- Adhere to and promote monthly marketing.- Data Entry/keying of membership information into our database.- Review and Audit revenues, membership/service type.- Research and audit refunds, other associates work already entered into the system.- Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.- proper processes, mail that goes to other departments (ensure club is identified on paperwork).- Audit assigned work when required.- Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
