As the Lead Trainer at Chick-fil-A 89th and Shea, I ensured that every new team member received a comfortable, confident, and welcoming introduction to our store. I developed and delivered comprehensive training plans that ensure our employees are well equipped with the highest industry knowledge and skills they need to succeed. In addition to training I conducted performance reviews to build connections with our team members and help them further develop their skills.
