Executive Officer for a deployed Infantry Regiment to the Horn of Africa. Coordinated logistical support for training and mission execution, managed personnel and equipment records, promotions/demotions, knowledge management, and served as investigating officer for legal actions. Ensured accountability and maintenance of over $10,000,000 of equipment along with moving the equipment to the theater of operations from the United States and back to home station at the end of the mobilization.

My Daily briefings aided the Brigade G3 to update the HING Commander on the exercise and G3 operations.

-Monitored facility of 3,000 personnel, premises, surveillance, biometrics, and media/technology access control.-Updated and re-wrote the training plan for new personnel and assisted in training ten new personnel increasing their testing scores and overall performance, the program is still in effect at the site and being used to train new personnel.-Reported on situations related to government records and technology, and ensured that the flow of classified material was controlled. -Worked directly with the agents to redefine operational procedures constantly leading to less security violations and increased personnel awareness.-Oversaw Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities (SCIF) construction, monitored security risk, ensured that construction projects were built within regulations, controlled accessibility, ensured that security policy was being carried out, and revised procedures in construction areas related to security. -There have not been any serious security violations in the department since I assumed the duties as construction surveillance, and personally discovered numerous violations in construction that saved the government over one- hundred thousand dollars in code violations and investigation cost.
