•Responsible for aseptic gowning, aseptic practices, GMP adherence and working in a team environment to accomplish departmental goals •Manufacture processes through hands on Cell Culture proliferations and sterile filtrations •Provide proper and accurate documentation to allow accountability and traceability of products with electronic and paper batch•Demonstrate proficiency with automated systems including SAP, GLIMS, Excel, Word, Delta V, and cGMPs in a FDA regulated environment•Firm understanding of SOPs and cGMPs in a FDA regulated environment•Deliver and submit in-transit samples and other required materials to appropriate lab areas

•Document patrons’ orders accurately and legibly to transmit to kitchen staff•Prepare checks that itemize and total experience costs and sales tax•Work cross functionally and collaboratively with all levels of the organization•Adhere and understand all FDA and OSHA guidelines to keep staff and customers safe•Use computerized systems such as Open Table and Toast
