I started working in this position to supplement my ballet career compensation, but quickly learned how much I loved doing this kind of work. I have had over ten different clients, varying in space limitations and size, and have helped them understand and enjoy the beauty of native plants in their gardens. I assess their space and requirements, their needs/desires for their garden, create an illustrative design or formal plant list, and implement these designs myself or with the help of hardscape crews that I work with frequently on these projects.

I provide consultation and proposals for clients interested in beautifying their exterior home and garden spaces, with special interest and expertise in native plant designs and restoration. I provide customer support and feedback as well as management of the landscaping crew to ensure client needs and desires are met with the utmost efficiency and quality assurance. This role includes managing the design and maintenance of garden center operations as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and service. As Chapter Secretary I completed all forms related to the functioning of PSP AH, as well as managed the attendance system, reworked the requirement records for all Brothers, wrote weekly emails on behalf of the Executive board, and also created a running Minutes log of every Executive board meeting. I also ran the Chapter presentations during our meetings, controlled voting rights of all Brothers alongside the Parliamentarian, and responded to all emails and requests related to attendance to required events and meetings. I was a voting part of every Executive board decision and attended weekly Exec board meetings too. I also edited the Brotherhood Portal via Google Sites and learned basic Site management.
