I am a former graduate from the University of Liverpool, specialising in Marketing. Currently in a role as an Executive Officer in the Civil Service. I am a hardworking and enthusiastic person who strives to achieve beyond expectation.I have developed skills using Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. As part of my day to day duties in the Civil Service, I create, update and maintain spreadsheets. These tools are used for local forecasting and analysing performance. Some of my best practices have been shared and used by other offices, in which I personally delivered training sessions for.I liaise with senior managers daily, providing detailed reports on site performance, as well as meeting tight deadlines for any urgent reports required. I often deliver policy and important updates to over 170 members of staff during virtual Microsoft Teams meetings as well as face to face.During my time in retail I was a Shift Leader and also in charge of stock control for MST audits. I often completed stock level checks as well as cash balance checks for the store. Along side this role, I dealt with employee wages and any disputes about this.
