As the Project Lead for a vertical integration initiative, I played a key role in the design, development, and implementation of a custom software platform that allowed the client to bring their Tech Consulting services in-house. This software empowered the consulting team to produce high quality Digital Transformation Plans for their customers at scale.Following the infrastructure build-out, my responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing a team of in-house Consultants to ensure the success and eventual independence of the new department. I chose to focus on maximizing the output of each individual Consultant to maintain a lean operation with reduced overhead. By creating an efficient process, developing an effective software solution, and curating a strong team, I was able to surpass expectations and facilitate over $900,000 in revenue in the first active month with a small team of four Consultants.

As Co-Founder & CEO, I led the company from inception to over $500k in monthly revenue in under three years. Bootstrapping a high-growth startup in a highly-regulated industry required substantial effort from every employee. My strengths in management, leadership, and communication allowed me to bring out the best in each team member, even during high-stress periods. To maximize efficiency without increasing overhead, I focused on developing and implementing scalable systems that enhanced productivity, increasing our team’s output without expanding its size.After nearly four years, it was time to pursue other interests so my shares were acquired and I exited the company.
