The idea for my company came as an epiphany of sorts… I realized that if I could help my previous three employers turn a profit, surely I could help others! This time I would focus on coaching business leaders and help them succeed in their own businesses. I created a business model to develop leaders, rewardssmart management and encourage “doing the right thing”. I vowed to avoid becoming a “consultant” who give their clients the very least to hang around for a long time. My business would be different. I help my clients achieve the maximum results in the least amount of time. I do this not only because it is the right thing to do, but I enjoy helping different people with different problems. I have been formally educated in leadership, management, business management and risk management. I have studied aviation safety and aviation management. My education includes Air University, University of New Mexico and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. I have formally studied and am an expert in LEAN management and have facilitated many LEAN events. I am a black belt in Six Sigma. I am also an ISO 9000/9001 quality standards auditor and trainer.I was born and raised in Colorado and joined the Air Force at 18 years of age. My Air Force career allowed me to see and experience things all around the world! I have been married for 16 years to a beautiful woman who is a pianist, songwriter and musician. She has been the compass in my life and has stood beside me during all of the good times and the bad. She, I and our two Chow Chows live in Montana where we enjoy the good food and wine that Montana has to offer. We enjoy traveling and sailing in addition to mountain sports, mountain biking and golf (although a very short golf season). I am a big believer in health so I enjoy spending time in my organic garden, exercising and eating healthy. I keep balance in my life with spirituality, Brazilian Jujitsu and Yoga.
