I lead the aviation practice and co-lead the asset finance practice group at Mishcon de Reya, which was named “Firm to Watch: Asset Finance” in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2024.I was named: • “leading practitioner” in aviation finance - Lexology Index: Transport 2025• “Up and Coming” in aviation finance - Chambers Asia Pacific Guide 2025 • “recommended lawyer” for asset finance - Legal 500 2024.I advise leading airlines, lessors, banks, corporates and individuals on some of the largest and most significant aviation matters in the Asia-Pacific region, including operating leases, aircraft trading, commercial lending, ECA-backed lending, finance leases, large OEM purchase orders, aircraft secured bonds, ABSs, hedging, asset-driven M&A, aviation JVs, MRO contracts, fuel supply contracts, cargo carriage contracts, freighter leasing, restructuring, enforcement/repossession, commercial disputes, private jet matters, investments into aviation and commercial contracts relating to aviation.In addition to aviation, I have broad experience across structured lending, derivatives, structured products and financial regulation, which enables me to advise clients on a wide range of financing options involving complex structures.Leaving work aside, I am incredibly passionate about all things Singaporean (not least the food) and actively volunteer in the community. I currently serve on the Social and Welfare Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
