I am an aspiring attorney at the University of Texas at Austin, working towards my Bachelor of Arts in Government and Bachelor of Science in Political Communication. I am a sophomore and currently working as a student associate at the Alumni Relations and Development Office at the University of Texas School of Law. I am also a data analytics intern at the Global Career Accelerator, where I analyze various companies' data with in-depth analysis and visualizations to help guide solutions to their problems. By being active on campus, I have helped raise student concerns and worked with faculty members to create a better university for all students. As the chair of the Policy Committee within the Communication Council, I have led the development of legislative initiatives to improve Moody College and The University of Texas. I am also active within UT's Student Government, where I am the Associate Director to the Administrative Director, helping to lead the Administrative Director's staff and projects.This past summer, I interned with The University of Texas at Austin's Student Governance Organization Office as a program and processes intern. During this internship, I created and organized procedure documents for student governance organizations on campus to help these organizations better succeed and follow their governing documents. I have been able to play my role in the U.S. federal elections by assisting the Associated Press in inputting voting data from polling locations to send to news organizations across the country, and through my fellowship with Ballotpedia, I have been able to inform citizens about local candidates' platforms across the United States. I am a diligent student passionate about learning new things and engaging with government institutions to improve communities one step at a time. I am currently heavily interested in the intersection of data, government institutions, and law and understanding all three to improve communities. I cannot wait to help others throughout my career and to help the future generation live a better tomorrow.
