My curiosity about what motivates individuals and fosters effective teamwork has fueled my pursuit of knowledge in these realms.Secondly, my tenure at Utah State University has been instrumental in shaping me both academically and socially. My high GPA underscores my commitment to academic excellence, yet my involvement in campus organizations has enhanced my project management and team-building skills. As president of the NRHH and the Hall Council, I directed and managed initiatives and events that cultivated a tight-knit and supportive community. Working with teams on various tasks significantly increased my emotional awareness and interpersonal abilities at university. Through these experiences, I've mastered invaluable leadership and interpersonal skills, priming me for the challenges of a dynamic profession such as organizational psychology.
