Applying systems thinking as our Integrated Talent Managment systems converge to drive greater efficiency and user experience. In this effort I partnered with the Talent Planning team in the redesign of our Job Architecture and Skills Ontology. This new framework has provided a common data set that stitches the business needs with human capital in ways that were cumbersome or impossible before. We are now able to leverage Machine Learning and AI to identify gaps, personalize recommendations and empower employees. This is driving enhancement to our onboarding and integration all the way through their career until they move to a management or technical leadership role.
