This new framework has provided a common data set that stitches the business needs with human capital in ways that were cumbersome or impossible before. We are now able to leverage Machine Learning and AI to identify gaps, personalize recommendations and empower employees. This is driving enhancement to our onboarding and integration all the way through their career until they move to a management or technical leadership role.
