Led development of the policy analysis tool: Energy Choice Simulator. This energy scenario projection tool of systems that produce and delivery energy demonstrates the potential interaction of current and proposed state and national energy policies in the power, transportation, and heating markets. The model was used by governments and businesses in the Midwest for the development of policy/regulations, identification of market opportunities under new policy regimes, and examination of technology investment strategies.

I led support of public engagement and outreach as well as policy analysis activities for the Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy in the area of renewable energy. Outreach activities included assembling and documenting conferences and workshops and policy analysis included research, data collection, and reports on the state of energy technology markets, economic impacts, and environmental impacts.
