• Worked as a project designer specializing in stormwater management tasks under a team of Professional Engineers.• Design of a dual barrel 24”x38” stormwater culvert in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, PA.o Completed a site visit and delineated a watershed assigning land use coverages to the culvert in order to estimate runoff rates.o Designed a PennDOT type 10 sized inlet box and endwall to accommodate the large discharge pipes.o Coordinated with utility companies to facilitate the relocation of a 6” watermain and a 6” gas line in conflict with the storm sewer conveyance system.• Completed a roadway reclamation design in Abbottstown Borough, Adams County PA.o Tasks involved the layout of a ¾ mile roadway, widening it to a 18’ cartway width with a 2’ stone shoulder using AutoCAD Civil 3D computer software. o Implemented PennDOT specifications on items such as roadway cross-slope and appropriate wearing and base course thicknesses and material stipulations. • Completed various Highway Occupancy Permits for projects including stormwater conveyance system crossings in Upper Allen Township and Gettysburg Borough, a curb restoration in Abbottstown Borough, and the installation of a crosswalk in Upper Allen Township. • Review of multiple stormwater and land development plan sets and reports in accordance with appropriate borough/township ordinance enforced codes. • Experience with various security estimates for projects ranging from the development of industrial warehouses to residential housing developments. • Completed the design and received necessary permitting through the Department of Environmental Protection for a yard waste composting facility in Upper Allen Township.

District 10-0

• Worked collaboratively under the mentorship of a team of Senior Engineers primarily focusing on design and modeling for the 2016 Department of Force Bridges (DFB) in PennDOT District 10-0. o Completed Hydrology and Hydraulics reports for the 2016 DFB’s by modeling existing bridges and designing the replacement box culverts in HEC-RAS computer software. o Designed and completed Erosion and Sediment Control Plans for various bridges throughout PennDOT District 10-0. This included the consideration of coffer dam, piping, filter socks, construction easement, right-of-way, and limit of work locations.o Field Engineering – Bridge Surveys, PH Readings, Soil Classification, Photo Documentation. Took various bridge measurements including: high and low chords, under-clearances, out-to-out widths, curb-to-curb widths, span lengths, and skew angles.o Implemented MathCAD software for bridge deck area calculations on epoxy overlay projects. o Edited and designed structure plans and a foundation report for District 10-0 DFB’s.• Utilized the following computer software: MicroStation, WMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-1 and MathCAD.
