I’m Hao Chen, and I hold a Bachelor Degree from NYU and a Master Degree in Business Analytics from the U of R. My career so far has centered around leveraging data to deliver impactful insights, especially in complex and dynamic settings.Most recently, as a co-founder and Business Analyst at Roundtables, I focused on designing and analyzing user segmentation models, helping tailor our collaborative platform for freelancers. This role pushed me to develop strategic pricing models and collaborate across design and tech teams to bring data-backed solutions to life. Through these efforts, I contributed to securing $500,000 in funding, and we successfully launched the platform in early 2024.Before that, I worked as a Banking Associate at China CITIC Bank, where I applied SQL and Tableau to re-evaluate financial products, helping secure new partnerships valued at over $5 million and improve quarterly profitability by 15%.
