Independently responsible for the sterile collection of unbiased samples of food and food products for food importers and on behalf of private laboratories that conduct quality, safety and retail market analysis. Sampled and inspected imported foods for grading, infestation, taint, and damage. Samples were collected in measured amounts and stored and shipped according to job specifications. Photo documentation of the whole process was required.
