• Strategic Planning: Oversee and innovate organization-wide strategic plan for “shared value opportunities” to highlight financial and economic returns to closing the digital divide. Conduct extensive literature reviews and develop new information-sharing systems to ensure data and statistical accuracy in organizational assumptions. • Program Management: Manage telehealth-based connectivity pilot in Macon, GA for 100 diabetic patients to ensure compliance with donor expectations. Oversee progress towards key progress indicators on a $226,000 budget through leveraging relationships with software/device vendors and hospital partners, budget development and management, and drafting of pitch materials, press releases, IRB application, and partnership contracts.• Policy Advocacy: Develop and manage organizational strategic plan for monitoring and responding to policy matters including meeting with government officials and partner organizations, working with five regional directors to develop policy agendas for each state, and submitting policy response comments and pieces. Supervise multiple interns and guide the process of building organization-wide policy agenda.• Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with staff at all levels, including C-Suite, at a wide range of public and private entities including hospitals, telehealth programs, government offices, USAID, and numerous sector-specific coalitions.
