• Strategic Planning: Oversee and innovate organization-wide strategic plan for “shared value opportunities” to highlight financial and economic returns to closing the digital divide. Conduct extensive literature reviews and develop new information-sharing systems to ensure data and statistical accuracy in organizational assumptions. • Program Management: Manage telehealth-based connectivity pilot in Macon, GA for 100 diabetic patients to ensure compliance with donor expectations. Oversee progress towards key progress indicators on a $226,000 budget through leveraging relationships with software/device vendors and hospital partners, budget development and management, and drafting of pitch materials, press releases, IRB application, and partnership contracts.• Policy Advocacy: Develop and manage organizational strategic plan for monitoring and responding to policy matters including meeting with government officials and partner organizations, working with five regional directors to develop policy agendas for each state, and submitting policy response comments and pieces. Supervise multiple interns and guide the process of building organization-wide policy agenda.• Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with staff at all levels, including C-Suite, at a wide range of public and private entities including hospitals, telehealth programs, government offices, USAID, and numerous sector-specific coalitions.

• Data Assessment and Quality Improvement: Worked with COO to conduct thorough review and analysis of monitoring and evaluation practices in order to ensure accuracy. Developed new strategies and metrics in order to identify and repair gaps in data analysis. Assisted with data visualization development for staff-wide dashboard. • Systems Development and Training: Integrated Prosperworks CRM, Google Drive, and Asana project management platforms to create a comprehensive knowledge management system (KMS). Oversaw roll-out and training of KMS to nine HQ and seven regional staff and developed rubrics for compliance in order to enhance collaboration between HQ and field staff.

• Project Management: Assisted with grant management for programs in Yemen and Palestine, totaling $2.5 million across both countries in grants from a wide variety of both public and private donors including USAID, European foundations, and the U.S. Department of State.• Governance Support: Coordinated logistics for quarterly Board of Director’s meetings both domestically and abroad including regular correspondence with 13 board members and their staff. • Program Development: Pioneered, coordinated, and facilitated two bi-annual provincial conferences, reaching over 100 Peace Corps Volunteers; conferences have been fully incorporated into Peace Corps South Africa’s training model.• Organizational Development: Assisted local NGO to improve operations by guiding local staff in creating new systems for organizational development, personnel management, human resources, report and grant writing.• Grant Writing and Fundraising: Secured $116,000 grant for Unemployment Reduction and Community Development through South Africa’s Independent Development Trust (IDT).
