- Supports customers by responding to product, membership and REI service questions, general inquiries and customer feedback.- Identifies, research, and resolve customer issues.- Gives customers product, membership and service information including but not limited to the REI Mastercard program.

- Contracted by the town of Seabrook to capture lifestyle photos of various events to use for their social media and marketing needs

- Assist in setting up and taking down photo equipment needed for team sports photoshoots- Aid in shooting photos for a variety of sports- Edit and process photos for customer orders

- Knowledge of industry trends including style, fit, fabric and brand differentiation- Skills in guest styling consultation and personalized shopping techniques that build the guests baskets - Analyze retail business fundamentals like department sales trends, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising to increase sales- Prioritize guest interaction and engagement while balancing focuses on the apparel and accessories floor pad and the fitting room
