I was part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team that designed and built a functioning prototype for the food service industry. The confidential sponsor company specializes in robotic automation and design is currently seeking a patent. This design included 3-axis robotic automation, heating systems, refrigeration systems, and food safety considerations. During the project, every component was sourced and purchased or manfactured in-house by the team. We managed a budget as well as a bill of materials to stay organized. We worked closely with our company sponsor to provide the most desirable product possible.

While in this position I assisted in the design of custom conveyor systems for a variety of applications. I regularly used AutoCAD to design layouts as well as produce technical drawings for use in the installation process. I utilized organization and documenting skills to maintain an accurate bill of materials for large scale projects. I also spent time in the field actively verifying correct installation and managing delivered components.
