Previously worked in the collegiate athletics industry for the past 5 years, most recently with Saint Mary's College Softball. In my position, I held a variety of roles, including travel management, recruiting, compliance management, and community relations. I also ran the SMC Softball camp system and contributed to the analytics used by the team, coaches, and campers. My work with the SMC Softball camp system included marketing, hiring, training, operations, and project management experience, including my introduce project the "Athlete Profile". The Athlete Profile utilized analytical technology and live collected data taken at camps to provide campers with a comparative measurement of their current analytical performances compared to the top and average college softball athletes.
