As a Strategic Programs Manager at Dell Technologies, I work with a team of professionals to design, implement, and manage services sales programs that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. I leverage my interpersonal and organization skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leaders, marketing managers, and service delivery partners, to ensure alignment and execution of the strategic vision and objectives. Making the transition to a sales enablement role has given me valuable knowledge and insight into the "why" and "how" of projects and changes that are eventually implemented onto the sales floor. Previously, I worked as a Services Sales Representative in our Medium Business segment. As a services seller, I constantly worked to ensure that our end users were set up for success across their entire IT environment. I was fortunate to work with a variety of buyers, including managers and C-suite members. I encouraged the challenge of positioning our services to enhance the consumer’s overall experience with Dell Technologies, as this is where we work to increase our "stickiness" with our customers. As a Services Sales Representative, I acted as a consultant to find the true causes of issues our customers were working to overcome. This approach allowed me to listen, qualify, and analyze before moving to solutioning. We then worked as a team to find the "good, better, and best" options that we could move forward with. This full approach was used with all types of sales cycles, from long, custom, professional service deals, all the way to more rapid deployment and support deals. This ensured our impact was significant in all cases.I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of marketing and sales in the digital age. I also gained hands-on experience as a Services Sales Intern at Dell Technologies, where I supported the sales team in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. Through these experiences, I developed a passion for marketing and sales, and a mindset of overcoming challenges and achieving goals. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute to the success of the organization.
