CurrentProcess and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries and issues related to orders, products, and delivery.Monitor inventory and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.Utilize Order Management Systems (OMS) to track and update order status, ensuring data accuracy.Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery instructions, to prevent errors.Resolve order discrepancies such as shipping delays, incorrect items, or payment issues.Collaborate with logistics, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.Communicate with suppliers to confirm order availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements for order processing and shipping.
