• Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing & commissioning of control applications for the HVAC equipment that make up the Building Management/Building Automation (BMS/BAS) System, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), PLC and SCADA architecture.• Certified IoT Solution Engineer. Apply the same for getting most of the Buildings.• Apply technologies and the principles of control theory, thermodynamics and heat transfer to develop control sequences, algorithms, models and system solutions on BMS system.• Provided pre-sales support in regards to Proof of Concept (PoC), presentation & demos by gaining the trust of the customer in showcasing product strength in different segments.• An analytical thinker and disciplined in applying robust design methodologies and engineering principles (modelling, redundancy, simulation, data acquisition etc.) to develop and execute HVAC solutions.• Assist & provide technical support to Project Team on network design, new & existing equipment’s configuration and OMM Manual preparation. Training consumers and End used on BMS software usage and its application.• Propose technical reference documents based on client’s requirement and advised consultants/owners on optimizing their system with respect to design & control thereby improving energy efficiency and cost savings.• Propose a sequence of operation, Control write-ups, preparation of Site Acceptance Test Procedures, Operational Manuals and conduct Factory Acceptance Test.• Developing controller application using programming software used for control equipment with different communication BMS protocols like BACnet, MODBUS etc
