Main responsibilities: - Daily contact with local Technical Managers of LG Latin America Subsidiaries, in order to align information, clarify doubts, task requests, project target discussion (based on commercial information) and negotiation of homologation schedules, launching dates, approval, carriers’ issues/requests and emergency MRs (Maintenance Release); - Project follow-up and interface with all involved areas (Local Technical Managers, Software and Quality) in order to guarantee that the project will be ready for homologation when it has to be; - Project risks management (make sure it will be approved on time); - Weekly report of Argentina/Uruguay/Chile/Paraguay/Peru/Colombia homologation status to the LGESP R&D VP and all involved stakeholders; - Participate of LATAM weekly project meeting with LGESP R&D VP, being responsible for homologation subjects; - Support to Korea HQ (as a Global TAM partner); - Survey Local Technical Managers to implement new technologies/features on new devices and understand carriers’ market trend; - Participation on Portfolio meetings at Vivo and Oi – Brazil.Main accomplishments: - PoC at R&D Brazil for Latin America homologation subjects; - More than 85% of projects approved on time so far in 2016; - My Weekly Report in now used as Base Information for KAMs of Latin America for commercial decisions; - Strong relationship with all Latin America Local Technical Managers.
