Therapist and Psychologist working with adolescents and young adults facing social-emotional concerns. Trauma-Informed therapist using Expressive Arts Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique along with elements of CBT and ACT to work on trauma related concerns in a non-threatening way. Working towards preventive mental health at a community level and providing psychological interventions for the mental well being of children, adolescents and young adults through facilitating emotional well-being sessions. Constantly working on developing an experiential curriculum along with my team to provide skill-based training to budding mental health professionals and students.
