I've been in "production"​ and in research. I've been in tech positions as well as in business ones. Besides gaining knowledge in a wide range of domains, I've also constantly sharpened skills such as: - my analytic mindset since solving problems was a big part of all these jobs. Solving problems not only with hard skills but also with soft skills such as crafting an email to get to the person having the solution.- my flexibility/adaptability. The variety of positions I held as well as the multinational environments I evolved in are self-explanatory.- my ability to learn very fast. While I've always loved to learn and apply new things, those radical changes of domain made me an even faster learner.
