• Main interlocutor for countries CFOs over financial and fiscal issues (audit, tax controls, accounting).Focused on integrating countries local financial specifics into financial tools. Project leader on Stock valuation tool migration at group level (1.3 billion EUR/20 countries)• Internal consulting. Consulting on local tool and countries specifics (India, China, Brazil). Financial and fiscal risks identification. In charge of subsidiaries training on stock valuation and booking.

Statutory accounts & Consolidation• 2 subsidiaries: 26 MUSD / 130 employees. • Managing Financial local team (4 persons).• Monthly and annual statutory financial statements validation in compliance with Mongolian accounting law.• Performing monthly IAS/IFRS Consolidation & cash reporting to AREVA NC.Subsidiaries Controlling & Reporting• Responsible for yearly budget drawing and follow up in collaboration with CEOs and operational managers.• Cash forecast, analysis, KPI, KFI reporting to CEOs, AREVA NC and partners.Performance & Compliance• Focused on improving reporting process, including financial and operational communication.• Managing the enhancement of the local ERP (Microsoft Navision), setting up analytical accounting.• Involved in the local fiscal and social issues.• Collaborating with internal and external auditors.

European Consolidation (Spain and Slovakia.5000 people)• Ensure the financial data consolidation: monthly closing and forecasts, budget, yearly trend.• Control consistency of data submitted by affiliates, retrieve financial information and design ad hoc reports.Spain Financial industrial reporting• Design KPI aligned with strategy; abnormal cost, headcount and activity reporting.• Run monthly analytical reports and highlight the significant variances to CFO in a cost cutting environment.Internal ERP audit • Financial Processes audit (OFA: Oracle Financial Analyzer), manage revamping and running.
