• Joined to help set up the liability driven investment (LDI) rates/fixed income desk to increase access to GBP fixed income market flows.
• Initiated and developed strong relationships with UK LDI and fixed income clients. Where these relationships were new to the bank, I introduced relevant desks to the client, resulting in cross asset increase in revenues.
• Specific focus on Sterling products (Gilts, Linkers and derivatives) but also worked with USD, CAD, AUD and EUR markets.
