Working for Scottish Rugby my roles have included planning and delivering coaching blocks to all the Primary and Secondary schools in my area. I also planned local rugby festivals, which were a massive success with most of the schools in Renfrewshire attending. One of my main roles was to create club to school links between my local rugby club and all of the schools in the area, to create a lifetime pathway for players and coaches.
