Responsible for project managing all Field Service projects for Electro-Flow Controls. This included liaising with clients to clarify project scopes and schedules, managing VISA applications, arranging travel, briefing Engineers, managing schedules of ongoing projects, resolving issues and disputes, commercial awareness, managing all stakeholders, maintaining relevant project databases and the tracking of project milestones including invoicing and ensuring all relevant milestone and documentation requirements were met in order to close and invoice projects.Project Manager for select, higher value bespoke Engineering projects providing full end to end project management to the value of £150K+. Conducting kick off and project progress meetings, defining project scopes, creating and managing schedules and other project documentation, managing project team members and contractors, communicating effectively with stakeholders, approaching project issues and risks in a fluid and responsive manner & effectively closing projects and/or phases in order to trigger invoicing.Project Lead on all Spares Projects for Electro-Flow Controls. Managing Projects in value from <£10K to >£250K. I was responsible for managing team members and overseeing procurement activities, schedule management and shipping.

•I was responsible for the transition of projects from the engineering department through production and shipping on our Aberdeen site. This included planning work schedules, managing employees, quality checks, documentation and ensuring that policies and procedures were being followed. •I led the Aberdeen stores and the management of its procedures and personnel, including liaising with other sites from a logistical standpoint.•Day to day leadership and management of facilities on Aberdeen site. This included maintaining servicing and planned/unplanned maintenance of all assets, equipment, vehicles and buildings, site security & associated systems, fire systems, utilities, waste disposal, cleaning and ensuring that all legal and relevant certification requirements were being met.•Responsible for ensuring that relevant policies and procedures were being followed with regards to fulfilling our current certification obligations and that we were well placed to receive external audits.

I built Drilling Instrumentation / Monitor & Control Systems in a workshop environment and went offshore on an Ad-Hoc basis for installation, commissioning, and client support of these systems. I was responsible for the maintenance and procurement of workshop consumables for both Electrical & Hydraulic/Mechanical workshops. This gave me a broad technical knowledge of the component parts required to build systems from a multi-disciplined engineering perspective and a gave me a firm knowledge base of supply chain processes.
