Project Manager for finance projects in Eastern Hemisphere. This role has seen me involved in several global projects acting as a Project Manager or project team member depending on the requirements and scale of the projects. Provided input on the methodology to be used by the PMO as it is a new department.

Process standardization and outsourcing project to move the majority of its financial processing to a external provider and implement global standards for financial processing. This was done on a country by country basis with an aggressive timeline. The second phase of this role included the global integration of a large acquisition into the same processes. The acquisition proved to be more challenging as more than one ERP system was involved and there were far greater variances in the processes of the acquisition.

Review of financial information in order to set appropriate credit limits for customers. Review of customer credit limits against receivables and amending limits if necessary. Mass loads of customer and credit master data for SAP implementations worldwide, both testing prior to the production load and production loads ready for use by end users. Creation of data files in excel to be used for SAP implementations. Testing of new programs within SAP used for data loads.
