• Manage deduction balances for over 20 customers including Costco and Amazon.• Analyze deductions to determine cause and validity.• Match and clear customer deductions against trade promotion estimates within CPG Toolbox.• Coordinate with Trade Accountant to monitor customer plans to ensure that promotions are actualized; all deductions have been received, and deals are reconciled to final status.• Prepare and analyze monthly grocer reserve report and communicate significant variances to Director of Revenue and VP, Controller.• Weekly and monthly reporting regarding status of deductions to Director of Revenue.• Identify potential customer promotion issues, notifying Sales team for quick resolution.• Work with Brokers, External Customers, and Operations to coordinate the dispute resolution process and reduce invalid deduction inflow.• Analyze and process rebate checks for 3rd party customers.• Improve existing processes, or design and implement new ones, to reduce inflow of deductions, and/or enhance internal efficiencies.• Assist Director of Revenue with reporting, month-end close, year-end audit requests.

Responsible for project data collection and entry including initial budget input, budget updates, additional work budgets, and project invoicing:Create and maintain all working draft invoices, final invoice preparation and distribution, and job closeout. Works closely with Project Management to receive project budget updates and schedule changes, as well as, provide daily cost-to-date and cost-at-completion estimates to customers. Provide invoice status information on all projects assigned.Ensure timely preparation of and submittal for all progress and final invoices in accordance with the requirements of the financial procedures. Perform credit inquiries for new customers and recommend payment terms.Post all cash, credit card, and ACH revenue transactions.Monitor project income and payment dates, perform customer contact, assist in account disputes, and maintain current aged receivables report and customer financial status reports.
