• Responsible for delivery and QC of lyrics from all new releases that are available on DSPs.• Creating and maintain label copy for physical releases.• Work closely with the physical distribution team to maintain supply chain and life cycle of CDs and Vinyl records. Manage our physical retail sales to stores and distributors and vendors.• Assist in the production of physical media including vinyl, CDs, cassettes, soft goods, promotional items, and other merchandise.

• Running the camera for live shows (music, performance)• TD in the master control room.

• Production support as required, including project document management, expense POs, Payroll support and preparing monthly and annual status reports. Record meeting notes and generate agendas / action lists for attendees as needed.• Work with Production to ensure projects run on track and project requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.• Worked with Production and Post Supervisors to assign personnel to projects, proactively identify resource challenges and be prepared to reach out to 3rd party vendors and/or freelancers as needed.
