Instruct VA Benefits I, VA Benefits II, and Career Technical Training Track Modules. Provide optional one-on-one assistance sessions with interested service members and dependents. Provided follow-up on a case-by-case basis to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain fluency on all VA benefits and programs. Obtain TAP class schedule from installation point of contacts and assign advisors to applicable classes. When advisors are subcontractors, coordinate their assignments with the Subcontractor Lead. Coordinate with installation point of contacts regarding building and space allocations and other logistical issues. Monitor day-to-day briefer operations and report performance of quality assurance issues to the Field Operations Lead. Participate in weekly Site Lead teleconferences. Collect administrative report inputs weekly status reports, monthly status reports from all advisors and provide to the Field Operations lead. Request travel authorization prior to any travel and compile trip reports. Responsible for administrative actions in regard to Prime Contractor employees.
