At the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation, I contribute to initiatives that enhance Singapore’s primary care landscape through technology integration and system-wide improvements. Notably, I played a key role in developing clinical decision support tools referenced in the MOH Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) Care Guidance (ACG), ensuring alignment with national care standards.During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I operationalized an outpatient system to support Admission, Discharge, and Transfer processes at the Singapore EXPO Community Care Facility (CCF), collaborating with public and private healthcare providers during a highly challenging and uncertain time.With over 15 years of experience in HealthTech and program management, I focus on implementing impactful solutions that empower clinicians, enhance patient care, and drive operational excellence.
