I was engaged as a trainer with the Social Service Institute and delivered training on Programme Evaluation and Outcome Management to leaders and practitioners in the sector. - Organised the IMPACT Conference 2013 which focused on communicating the importance of outcome measurement and data-driven advocacy to over 400 sector leaders and practitioners.- Demonstrated the social impact of investments and highlighted future needs of the sector in a funder’s report which resulted in continued investments of over $300 million for social services.
