Certified as a Capgemini Engagement Manager to deliver large-scale, complex projects. My role entailed working with leaders to align their vision and goals for transformation. I have a good track record in leading global, diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.- Led a digital transformation strategy deal from sales to delivery as Project Manager. Worked with a global team of 15 members to develop a 3-year business and IT transformation roadmap for a large childcare operator in Singapore. - Redesigned the service provider and fund management processes for the social service sector in Singapore as Business Lead. Engaged with over 100 stakeholders to improve productivity, strengthen accountability, and enhance user experience in the delivery and funding of social service programmes.

Responsible for the growth of the Human and Social Services business line as part of the Government Advisory Practice. My role entailed engaging with stakeholders in the government and nonprofit sectors to develop business opportunities. I managed teams in delivering policy consultancy, research and evaluation, and process redesign projects in the social sector.- Principal Investigator for multiple programme evaluation projects commissioned by government agencies. Utilised quantitative and qualitative research methods to 1) assess the impact of education and employment support programmes serving youths at-risk 2) evaluate the effectiveness of support services for families in transitional housing arrangements. Presented and discussed policy findings with senior civil servants in Singapore.- Engaged by a Foundation to assess the impact of a nurse capability building programme implemented in hospitals and academic institutions in China, Thailand and Indonesia. Conducted country on-site visits to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.

Led a team of 10 members to identify needs and development opportunities in the areas of performance management, research capability building, and productivity and innovation in the social service sector. We brought together stakeholders from the people, public and private sectors to address social issues using collaborative methods. My team was also responsible for conducting strategic planning for the Division (60 members), and integrating/streamlining work areas across sub-sector teams. I was engaged as a trainer with the Social Service Institute and delivered training on Programme Evaluation and Outcome Management to leaders and practitioners in the sector. - Organised the IMPACT Conference 2013 which focused on communicating the importance of outcome measurement and data-driven advocacy to over 400 sector leaders and practitioners.- Demonstrated the social impact of investments and highlighted future needs of the sector in a funder’s report which resulted in continued investments of over $300 million for social services.
