Currently working with WorkCover NSW as a WH&S Senior Inspector in Metro-East Team.Providing high-level expertise on legislative risk management principles to various industries to build their capability for systematic management of Work Health and Safety, Workers Compensation and Injury Management responsibilities.Identifying and delivering consistent and timely response services in line with WorkCover NSW policies and procedures.Managing investigations of a complex nature in line with WorkCover NSW policies and procedures.Promoting WorkCover NSW strategic direction when attending external forums such as industry working parties, seminars and presentations.Providing technical advice that contributes to safety systems improvements in industry and workplaces.Assisting workplaces with diverse levels of understanding of Work Health and Safety, Workers Compensation and Injury Management obligations to improve compliance.Interpreting and providing advice on the practical application of relevant legislation.Mentoring, advising and coaching other staff / team members.Participating in audits and projects conducted by WorkCover NSW.
