CurrentThe Lamp House For Female Veterans is a company that will strive to excel in the business of operating a community resource center that provides academic training and development programs designed to promote positive behaviors that help individuals lead active and productive lives within the community. The goal of the organization is to provide interim housing and life skills so that clients become empowered, independent individuals. Our objective is to create a women's only military veterans transitional housing facility that provides housing and a variety of empowering programs. We plan to develop a strong Board of Trustees that can offer guidance, help with fundraising efforts, and oversee the smooth operation of the organization. Our mission is to provide women veterans of the Wiregrass area with a safe transitional housing alternative while teaching our clients a multitude of skills to empower the women to self-sufficiency and facilitate the possible reunification of clients with their children.
