• Lead, coordinate and manage the European Sales team to establish, consolidate and expand Company’s customer base in key European markets.• Drive sales activities with European Sales team to achieve Sales volume with key customers and strong project references, thereby enhancing Company’s branding and business position in Europe.• Strategise, plan and execute sales business plans to drive module sales in Europe, and deliver sales targets on an individual and team level, to achieve exponential Sales growth for the Company.• Setup Key Account Management (KAM) for strategic customers (European-based MNCs, EPCs and Developers backed by huge investment Funds) with multi-GW level volume per year across Europe and globally.• Strategise, plan and execute distribution business with local European team for local stock management, warehousing & logistics support, and DDP delivery in key distribution markets.• Train, develop and enhance key sales competence of the European Sales Team including European-based and China-based sales managers.• Lead and guide the European team to manage internal Sales process with key stakeholders in China, including Sales Support, Production Planning, Legal, Logistics, Technical Support, Accounts & Finance and Supply Chain Management to ensure timely delivery of key delivery milestones to Customers, execute sound risk management, manage timely payments and cash flow management for the Company.

• Develop and manage key accounts across the APAC region, with a focus on the key markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Laos.• Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers across the APAC region, and deliver sales targets on an individual and group level according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Establish and develop partnerships and strategic alliances with channel partners, such as Project Developers, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies, system integrators, local distributors, etc.• Project manage with external and internal key stakeholders, including Customers’ project teams and supply chain management teams to ensure timely delivery of key delivery milestones and project cash flow management.

• Responsible for business development, sales and marketing activities in South East Asia, primarily in the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam, as well as support the business markets of Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.• Strategise, craft and prepare techno-commercial proposals for roof-mounted and ground-mounted Photovoltaic (PV) power plants.• Prepare preliminary financial models for IRR analysis to determine the financial viability of clients’ projects.• Coordinate and liaise with our internal structured finance team, and with External Credit Agencies and banks to develop innovative, competitive project financing solutions for clients.• Drive project development activities in Japan to build a business pipeline of large-scale ground-mounted PV projects, including conducting site surveys, supporting the Feed in Tariff application process, and analysing technical designs according to regulatory approvals.• Lead and oversee the work of the regional technical sales team in Singapore, responsible for preliminary system design, project costing, pricing and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for PV power plant projects in South East Asia.• Establish and develop partnerships and strategic alliances with channel partners, such as Project Developers, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies, system integrators, local distributors, etc.• Coordinate with project team and supply chain management team to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
