• Support the Global Head and BDM&A team on global projects of up to US$1bn to the internal Investment Committee.• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities / acquisition targets, working closely with Commercial, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Risk. • Write internal investment memorandums, financial modeling and preparation of valuation analysis for investment opportunities such as IPOs, green field projects, joint ventures, acquisitions.• Participate and assist to drive negotiation of commercial arrangements.
